The Commonwealth of Massachusetts has enacted legislation which guarantees that municipal permits will be granted within 180 days for pre-designated Priority Development Sites across the state.
Priority Development Sites will offer a single point of contact for municipal permitting, a guaranteed timeline of 180 days, and a streamlined process for municipal procedures. Sites bearing this designation will appear on this page with all appropriate contact information.
